• Candidate must speak with customers to verify the application forms for life insurance policies.
• He / She must update the details of the conversation in the available CRM.
• Candidate must explain about the benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets with the customers requirements.
• Understanding customers requirement in case of any discrepancy take it up with sales to resolve it.
• Candidate must coordinate with sales representatives & other departments to resolve customers queries.
Salary: INR 2,25,000 – 3,00,000 P.A.
