1) Branch Manager:
Candidate should be around 40 years of age and should be a graduate in any faculty with excellent track record of managing the Branch successfully i.e., entire operations of the branch. He/she should be well versed with the latest trends / technology in banking, credit appraisal and monitoring, rendering excellent customer service and should possess at least 3 years experience as Branch Manager of any Bank including a Co-operative Bank.
Candidate should be a graduate in any faculty with good track record in the marketing field. Professional qualification such as MBA – Marketing or PG Degree / Diploma (2 years duration) with specialization in Marketing from reputed institutions will be an added advantage. He/she should possess experience in Business Development/Marketing, preferably in Banking sector, good negotiating skills/convincing ability and persuading skills.
The Candidate should be around 35 years of age and should have work experience in the relevant field as under:
