* Retail assets advances exp with exposure to agri loans.
* Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles.
* Regulatory compliance.
* Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
* Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
* Sale of non-deposit products.
* Cross selling targets progressively.
* Sale of MF and insurance products.

Candidate Profile:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Should have sales orientation.
* Leadership skills – More tactical than strategic.
* Candidate should have 4 – 7 years experience banking industry.
* Experience in branch administration or retail credit underwriting.
