• Development of a builder network, tying up with a number of DSAs and CAs.
• Managing existing relationships profitably
• Candidate must achieve minimum 90 percent of his sales targets on monthly basis.
• He / She must have good relationships with Mortgage channels and should be able to divert business basis his relationship.
• Candidate is responsible for collections of his sourced customers.
